Not yet a customer? Read why you should get ExpressVPN for Amazon Fire TV and Fire Stick.

Note: While MediaStreamer will enhance your streaming experience, it will not give your Amazon Fire TV VPN protection. To get VPN protection on your Amazon Fire TV, you can use the ExpressVPN app on your Amazon Fire TV or connect your Amazon Fire TV to the internet through a VPN router.

Set up and register your DDNS hostname

If you have a dynamic IP address, it means you are assigned a different IP address each time you log on to your device. Dynamic IP addresses make it difficult to use MediaStreamer and can lead to problems when trying to access online services. A DDNS can resolve this issue. Before proceeding, make sure you’ve set up a static hostname using DDNS and registered the hostname with ExpressVPN.
